Free Membership

Free Membership Privilege at South Waters for all Launch Buyers Only.

 

All lot owners shall be given free membership privilege at South Waters Marina Country Club and Farm, Inc.

 

This privilege is attached to the lot and shall automatically be withdrawn if the lot buyer ceases to be a lot owner/lot buyer.

 

As an attraction or incentive to lot buyers, they can use the facilities of South Waters Marina Country club and Farm, Inc. since the community clubhouse of Vista Verde is not yet available.

 

When the lot buyers/owners use the facilities of South Waters, they shall enjoy the member’s rate.

Monthly dues for membership in South Waters Marina Country Club and Farm, Inc. shall be waived for Vista Verde lot buyers/owners until December 2008 only. Starting January 2009, should they wish to continue with their membership, they will have to pay the monthly dues being charged to all members.

The activation fee is only P500.00 for Vista Verde lot owner/buyer. Upon payment, they will be given a membership card in South Waters and they can already enjoy the facilities of South Waters at member’s rate.
