Human Resources Manager

After graduating with a degree in Tourism in 2004, Tina worked in the hospitality industry for years, was deeply immersed in the industry operations and eventually earned an MBA. She then decided to share what she learned over the years and ventured into teaching in a well-known university in Cebu. While in the academe she gained advanced studies in diversity / multi-cultural studies and learnt everything HR. Initially joined as a Project Manager at Optimind, she later became the HR head and identified the best talents in the market giving them best opportunities to grow in the company. During her spare time, she enjoys spending it with her family and friends over coffee, or simply having a “me-time”.
